Sometimes, you don’t get what you shopped for.
And in this case, we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or credit.
You’re entitled to a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:
- The product is faulty.
- The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.
Subject to the above circumstances, wigs, hair extensions, brushes, hair accessories, colours are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase must be provided. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.
If your online purchase is refunded, your refund will be made to the original payment method,
If you wish to be refunded via your original payment method of PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, pay please email Hello@Hausofmoe.com.au with your order number and reason for returning your item.
Help! My product has been delivered damaged!
Firstly, please don’t throw the item away. Keep it in its current form (unopened if you haven’t already) and take a few photos of the packaging and evidence of damage.
Email the photographs to management@colourloft.com.au along with your order number from the same email you made the purchase with and we’ll investigate what might’ve gone wrong.
More than likely, it was a simple hiccup along the journey to reach you. In any case, we’ll endeavour to solve the problem for you.
Okay, so what If my product is faulty?
Email us at Hello@Hausofmoe.com.au We can then work out if the company that supplied your item have their own warranty and return policies. If this is the case, we will quickly connect you with them so they can help you out with all your queries!
Otherwise, we will work as fast as we can to sort out your situation.
All we need to make this happen is the images of your damaged goods, some proof of I.D of the purchaser and a little patience. We’re on it!
I want to return my item. Can I?

We are happy for you to return a faulty or damaged item, so we make this process easy for you!
Just email us at Hello@Hausofmoe.com.au and we’ll sort out the return options super-fast. In lots of cases, you will be able to return online purchases to your closest Colour Loft Hair & beauty Store.
They can then process the return for you and if it’s your lucky day and the item is in stock, you can replace it there and then!
How do I return something if I purchased it in-store?
That one’s easy!
just head back into the same store with your faulty goods and they will handle the exchange or refund on the spot for you. If you can’t get to that store, any Color Loft Hair & beauty store can help.
